We have really loved living here, as well as our 3 children. Great school district with buses for the elementary and high school picking up at the end of the drive. Neighborhood has many young families to interact. Great proximity to local restaurants and shopping with quick freeway access all directions. The sound barrier wall that was just built in 2022 has been a game changer for dissipating noise, provides a quiet and effective solution to 169 that otherwise was quite loud, it actually nearly eliminates all road noise inside the home from the previous chain link fence that was in place.
