Hidden by the grown seeds of the Sacred Oak on a secret street in NE Mpls, and tucked next to Shoreham Community Garden, here resides your next home where you'll find privacy, serenity, and long sunsets as the lull of the slow trains go passing by...
This home features that old-world Nordeast charm with Douglas Fir in the 3-season porch, maple hardwood floors throughout every room in the house, and original trim. Move right in - it's got fresh paint, refinished floors, and updated appliances, but don't rest too long in your hammock in the huge private backyard - there's a lot of potential with this one. Get out your green thumb and landscape/garden to your heart's content, and then bust out the graph paper and start making plans. Open up that kitchen, make a master in the upper level, and finish that full basement - all of which will improve this home's value greatly. It's been waiting for you.
When you want to leave your little oasis, you don't have to stroll too far to find all that Northeast has to offer - WALK to local bars, breweries, art galleries & studio buildings, etc, or take a quick bike ride up to Central Ave. NE to find yourself at the Eastside Food Co-op and NE Mpls' own "Eat Street" with dozens of restaurants, retail, etc. This. Is. It. Live NE Minneapolis!

I help people buy and sell homes in a fun, smart, and stress-free way.
As a consumer advocate at heart, I'll help educate you on the process in an ever-changing market, give you one-on-one attention, research all the info you'll need, be honest in giving you my professional opinion, and always honor your choices.
Most importantly, I'll do the old-fashioned, roll-up-your-sleeves, follow-up, and follow-through that is at the crux of making transactions happen.
Whether you're buying, selling, or investing in a community, I promise you'll have fun working with me, get what you want, and laugh along the way! You may even end up with a little mustache envy... that's why they call me "Mr. Northeast"!
Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to address hunger. It is organized as a 100% volunteer-driven effort in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District with 100% of all proceeds raised going towards hunger causes.
MAR Realtor®/Broker Susannah Dodge is one of the lead organizers for this community and fundraising event. Over 1000 people attend the annual event. She recruits and organizes all of the soup donations (over 40 restaurants!), she coordinates volunteers, she facilitates the “pottery lottery”, and she actively promotes the event through social media and other means.
Thank you for your volunteerism, Susannah, and congratulations on being named a recipient of the MAR Good Neighbor Award!
