Dewey Hill East in summer months

Once inside the building from the vestibule the elevator is straight ahead with a stairway to the left. This stairway and the elevator both lead to the Fireside Room (aka amusement room); temperature controlled garage; pool, jacuzzi, sauna's and exercise room (lower level); and the greenhouse is accessible via the stairs just above the third level.

The open floor plan includes a soaring 11 foot vaulted ceiling. Note the built-in cabinetry between the kitchen and the living room...if you choose, the cabinets can be removed to create a Breakfast Bar.

Formal dining room. The kitchen also includes space for a table in the eat-in area.

There is an entire wall of cabinets to the left which are not visible in this photo. Great for additional storage or Pantry space. There is also a convenient built-in ironing board.

The full main bath.

The Porch is sure to be a favorite space and is accessible from the Living room and Den! Views are to the SW of nature and trees! This room features an 11' ceiling!

Dewey Hill East is a secure building. Guests use the intercom on the wall to the right to call residents for access.

Welcome home to this warm and inviting condo. Wonderful natural light welcome you through the skylight along with beautiful parquet wood floors.

Lovely warm paneled cabinetry. Many of the cabinets feature custom pull-outs.

Laundry room access is through the doorway on the far side of the refrigerator.

The Den also features an 11 foot vaulted ceiling and access to the Porch. The Den can be used as a 2nd bedroom, office or TV room.

The Master Bedroom includes closets galore! The bedroom features this full size closet, plus the master bath features an additional 12' long closet in the bath and a BONUS and RARE walk-in closet!
