In working with a local architect, a major expansion to the original structure was commissioned which showcases a culinary, modern kitchen - that Martha Stewart herself has adorned, a master bath suite, and a stone wine & entertainment area which provides dining for 25 guests and houses a 1500 bottle climate controlled wine cellar.

4 wood burning fireplaces assist in creating the charming ambiance including a Rumford Cooking fireplace with separate Bee Hive baking oven - perfect for baking those holiday cookies or homemade deep dish pizza.

Thornhill has been an enchanted venue for fundraisers, weddings & photo shoots. Guests can enjoy the croquet court, bocce ball, and stunning views of the gentle rolling prairie.
